DESIGN
All properties are different, from commercial to residential, so each potential installation is designed on an individual basis, as each client has different criteria and build restrictions.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is a key part of keeping equipment running efficiently. With new installations, a maintenance program will validate the manufacturers warranty.
To avoid expensive running costs and repair bills to your equipment it is advised to have a regular service, energy consumption can increase by as much as 60% as a result of poor maintenance.

Here are just a small selection of some of the varied projects in our portfolio.
A complete refurbishment of an old call centre saw the requirement for Air Conditioning. Ducted systems were installed over a number of floors along with individual split systems to serve several small comms rooms.
This listed building was completely refurbished. Our brief was to install a VRV system, HRU and a separate comms room unit in a basement. Pipe work routes could not impact on the internal or external space, so external pipe work was installed underground with internal services following designated routes so not to change the building fabric. A centralised controller was also installed linking all units and other services together.
A prestigious contract to install several 3 pipe VRF air conditioning systems to this fully occupied office complex. We had to work in a fully occupied and working office with only six weeks to install 65 indoor units. We managed this within the time frame and budget with no disruption to the tenants.
Working within the arches we had limited space available to us. This had to be designed to not impact upon the shops internal floor space. Duct work was routed from the front to high level within the design measurements. Sadly this piece of art was boxed in afterwards.

The units were installed above a solid ceiling with solid duct work for the supply and extract to linear slot diffusers with fresh air make up. Another project was to replace an old R22 cooling coil with a packaged AHU and DX coils including duct modifications to suit the new configuration.

A famous Church asked us to install a mini VRF system to give comfort cooling to some meeting rooms, keeping in mind the history and listed status of the building. We installed a ducted system which were hidden within a bulk head with linear grilles. The brief was to allow future expansion of the system so the pipe work and interconnecting services were extended in preparation. We have since been back and installed two more units to the system with minimal disruption to the Church.
Our client has historically had issues with high heat gains within their retail outlets. We designed a bespoke ventilation system to remove this heat from the shop as well as the installation of Air Conditioning. This has resulted in customers spending more time within each shop, Staff have a more comfortable working environment, which in turn has resulted in increased profits. The design has been so successful that we have been asked to roll this out to all of their premises.

Our client asked us to install new cold stores into their air handling warehouse with varying temperature ranges from 6oC to 25oC. We also had restrictions working within the handling system with an element of the works being done out of hours, with our cold stores actually built over the ETV’s with roller doors so that pallets can stay within the handling system. Large displays were installed to show temperatures from a distance.
We were contacted to look at an open plan office in a prestigious listed building. Due to the design and layout of the space all services would be on show, particular attention was required with the whole look and feel of the space as an industrial look was needed, this was achieved successfully.
Within this prestigious modern office complex we installed three units into a data room with controls for duty share, run and stand by, with another unit installed into a secure comms room. Daikin equipment was chosen for its control strategies and the ability to work with long pipe runs.
